| SONIA BEAUDOIN, Sunoco LP [Oil Company Member] As a Car Wash Operational Manager at Sunoco, my role centers on strengthening the overall performance of our network by focusing on operational execution, financial profitability, and support for the maintenance team. Before taking on this role, I spent six years in the construction sector, where I served as the internal reference for all car wash–related projects. During that time, I supported operations, training, purchasing, and the supervision of specialized suppliers, while also collaborating with category management to assess pricing strategies and optimize equipment selection across the network. Passionate about the car wash industry, I bring a diverse skill set and a strong commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. I hope to contribute to an industry that continues to grow and evolve toward more environmentally responsible solutions. |
| MIKE BRIDEAU, Petro Service Limited [Associate Member] Mike began his career with Petroservice Limited in 1987 as a car wash technician, responsible for the installation and servicing of car wash systems throughout Atlantic Canada. Over the course of his career, Mike evolved along with the company. Known for his calm authority and disciplined leadership style, he brought structure and consistency to a growing national footprint. When Petroservice expanded nationally in 2017, Mike stepped into the role of Division Manager for the Service Department, overseeing operations across Canada, it was a natural fit. Now, as National Sales Manager for Car Wash, Mike is focused on what’s next—expanding Petroservice’s capabilities, refining its market presence. It’s a forward‑looking role, built on decades of hands‑on experience. |
| SERGIO DIMONTE, Crosstown Car Wash [Car Wash Member]
I am a Toronto-based entrepreneur and co-owner of Crosstown Car Wash, a family-run business serving the Greater Toronto Area since 1978. What began as a single full-service location has grown into a multi-site operation known for quality, reliability, and customer care. Working alongside my family, I’ve helped expand and modernize the business into a diversified car care provider, offering express washes, self-serve bays, and full-service detailing. While we continue to adopt new technologies and membership programs, we remain rooted in the family values that have defined our brand for decades. I stay actively involved in daily operations and industry engagement, supporting Crosstown’s continued growth as one of Toronto’s long-standing independent car wash businesses. |
