In the letter we sent you earlier this year, we committed to providing you with further details about the Esso National Retailer Conference & Tradeshow
coming up in September, 2010.
We noted that the purpose of these early communications is to provide you with the opportunity to mark this event in your calendar and to enable you to consider it in your upcoming promotional planning.
To support you in your planning process, we are offering a 'reserve first' option to allow you to reserve a booth before the official registration notices go out in the first quarter of 2010.
We will start to accept reservations no earlier than AUGUST 4, 2009 and the reservation deadline is SEPTEMBER 4, 2009.
The conference will be attended by Esso-branded retailers from both the Company Owned Service Station business as well as the Branded Distributor business. The network is made up of over 1800 retail sites: approximately 70% of these sites are within the branded distributor network and 30% are within the company owned business. The network comprises more than 1600 convenience stores, over 425 car wash and about 175 service bays This is a special event that only takes place every 3 to 5 years and provides you with the opportunity to:

- Strengthen existing relationships you may have with the company owned service station business retailers
- Attract new prospects from the Esso-branded distributor business
